Health and Wellness Coaching

Health and Wellness Coaching is a vital part of Integrative Medicine practice, is offered by several Ivy League schools, such as Vanderbilt and Duke University, and is a quickly growing profession with national recognition. Our Wellness Coach, Kayli Meyers, MCWC, is excited to sit for the National Board Certification of Health and Wellness Coaches exam in September 2017.

Coaching is a collaborative relationship between you and your coach that relies on open and honest communication about your needs and goals. You are the expert on yourself and Kayli is trained to help you find motivation and inspire lifestyle changes. You will create this plan for change based on your unique experiences, motivators, and lifestyle. The style of coaching that you receive is determined by you and is constantly evolving during your coaching experience. Whether you need direction, accountability, or something different Kayli can work with you.

Kayli is able to use her coaching expertise to work with you and your current medical providers, to help you with stress management techniques, improving sleep quality, time management skills, weight management, and all other healthy lifestyle contributors.
