Wellness Coaching New Patients
The goal of our wellness coach, Kayli Meyers, CWC, is to help you in your journey of making healthy lifestyle changes. These changes can include but are not limited to weight management, sleep coaching, stress management, as well as alcohol and smoking cessation. The coaching sessions with Kayli are not always limited to one subject, in fact it is common to have numerous focuses when approaching one end goal. If you feel we may be able to help you with making some of these lifestyle changes please call our office to schedule you initial appointment or just to ask questions.
During your first appointment with Kayli Meyers, CWC you will go over the questionnaires provided at the bottom of this page and your goals for the program. Your consultation will include a baseline for weight, body fat percentage, blood preassure and other measurments. Depending on what your goals are and the recommendations of Kayli your follow up appointments may include all of these measurements as well. You will also go over what your goals are, why you're striving for changes, what you forsee as your possible road blocks and what has worked for you in the past. Kayli's goal is to be your support system, motivator, and educator throughout the process of changing your lifestyle and habits.
